Kite Club Palawan specializes in providing kite boarding lessons, but also caters to customers seeking equipment rentals, kite safari, and other water activities. I participated in a PKA kiteboarding tournament in 2019 at Sibaltan near El Nido. Mark and Nebs encouraged me. I learned to kiteboard from them back in 2015 at Emerald Playa in Puerto Princesa, Palawan Philippines. I self-taught myself to surf with a kite too! Highly recommend learning to kiteboard and surf with a kite from Mark's team!!! One of the best decisions I ever made!
